America’s Supra Final Edition Skips the Power Bump Europe Got
The $69,085 GR Supra MkV Final Edition keeps the regular 382-hp engine in the US, while the Final Edition sold in Europe and Japan makes 429 hp.
The $69,085 GR Supra MkV Final Edition keeps the regular 382-hp engine in the US, while the Final Edition sold in Europe and Japan makes 429 hp.
Instead of more power, the American car gets bigger brakes, a retuned suspension, more body rigidity, revised front and rear camber for more cornering grip, remapped differential control to cut understeer, and recalibrated electric power steering. It also gets a carbon fiber ducktail spoiler, front wheel arch flaps, raised front tire spats, 19-inch matte wheels and red brake calipers, plus a leather and Alcantara interior with red stitching and red seat belts.

Kelley Blue Book reported the price with Toyota’s $1,135 delivery fee included, and the Final Edition costs the same with either the manual or the automatic, as do the other two trims in the 2026 lineup:
| 2026 GR Supra 3.0 | Price with delivery |
|---|---|
| Base | $58,035 |
| Premium | $61,185 |
| MkV Final Edition | $69,085 |
The gap with the overseas car is bigger than horsepower alone. Motor1 reported that the European and Japanese version of the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six also makes 420 lb-ft of torque, against the US car’s 368 lb-ft, and that it gets Recaro bucket seats and a large rear wing where the American car has the ducktail. Toyota told Motor1 that after weighing several factors globally, "it was decided that the A90 Final Edition will be introduced only in Japan and Europe." American buyers can add an optional GT4 Style Pack with matte Burnout or Undercover paint, side graphics, red mirror caps and a matte ducktail.

The Final Edition is rare even by Supra standards, with 1,300 set aside for North America, according to autoevolution. Toyota said production of the current Supra would end in spring 2026, and its sales figures show supply already thinning out. Toyota sold 2,437 Supras in the US through September, up 21.3% from 2,009 a year earlier, but only 21 of those were sold in September, down from 221 in September 2025, according to its latest sales release. Toyota sold 2,953 Supras in all of 2025.
The Toyota Report Take
The chassis work on the US Final Edition is real, and a better-stopping, sharper-turning Supra is arguably the right send-off for a car that never lacked power. It is still hard to accept that the last American Supra costs $11,000 more than a base car and gets none of the extra torque that Toyota gave Europe and Japan, especially since the engine is the same one. With September sales down to 21 cars, anyone who wants one should stop waiting for a better deal, because the remaining supply won’t last long.
