In December 2025, Rollx Vans began recalling select 2024-2025 Toyota Sienna Hybrid and 2016-2017 Toyota Sienna models over a wheelchair securement issue. The same campaign also covers Chrysler, RAM, Ford, GMC, Dodge, Honda and Chevrolet vehicles.

The defect: the retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

The hazards: an unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Components: equipment adaptive/mobility wheelchair restraints/securement latch/anchor

Affected vehicles: 2024-2025 Toyota Sienna Hybrid and 2016-2017 Toyota Sienna

Number of vehicles affected: 86, across all makes in the campaign

The fix: rollx will work with Q’Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge.
