The Toyota Sienna LE picked up a power liftgate, rear window shades and a better sound system for the 2026 model year, and it cost just $635 more.

No other trim gained as much for 2026, and the LE now starts at $40,120 with front-wheel drive, up from $39,485. Its list of new standard features also includes a windshield deicer, black roof rails, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink, and an eight-speaker audio system in place of the old six-speaker setup.

The changes higher in the lineup are smaller, according to Carscoops. The XLE gains standard roof rails and side mirrors with integrated turn signals, and its JBL premium audio system is now available as a standalone option, for a $525 increase. The XSE rises $1,105 and gets the 12-speaker JBL system as standard. Heavy Metal paint is offered on most trims, while the Woodland gets Ice Cap paint and a black liftgate badge.

XSE$48,045$48,935
Woodland–$50,900

Platinum–$57,510

All prices exclude the $1,495 destination fee, and every Sienna remains a hybrid, using a 2.5-liter four-cylinder powertrain making 245 combined horsepower. Front-drive models are rated at 36 mpg city, highway and combined, while all-wheel-drive versions are rated at 35 mpg combined. The 2026 Sienna reached dealers in January.

The Toyota Report Take

This is the right way to raise a price. A power liftgate and rear sunshades are the features minivan parents notice every single day, and the LE buyer, who is usually stretching a budget, gets them for a few hundred dollars. It also makes the $4,700 jump to the XLE harder to justify for buyers who mainly wanted the liftgate and shades. The XSE’s $1,105 jump is harder to love, but the standard JBL system at least gives buyers something to show for it.
